Finance Supervisor

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver monthly financial and sales reporting including variance analysis and dashboard insights
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles (weekly sales forecast monthly quarterly annual) ensuring accurate consolidation and performance tracking
• Prepare management reporting and business performance evaluation (MBR sales decks QTD/YTD/LTM views)

2. Financial accounting Control & Process Improvement

Join our dynamic team as a Finance Supervisor where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless financial accounting and control processes. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to our ambitious goals and drive process improvements that will set new standards within the industry.

• Collaborate with commercial teams on weekly forecasts pricing/margin analysis and business performance reviews
• Support financial control activities including credit monitoring intercompany reconciliation and data integrity compliance
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and process improvements including GM analysis new business evaluation and reporting automation

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• 58 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in an MNC environment
• Strong skills in financial reporting forecasting and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical approach with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in English and Chinese
