Finance Analyst Commercial

1. Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial regions Operations and OTR to support financial daily to daily tender win order book and contract proceeding
• Analyze revenue streams and service profitability across different service offerings and hospital segments
• Support budgeting forecasting and long-term strategy with a focus on service offering mix growth engine patient volumes and margin expansion.
• Provide insights into key drivers such as offer mix strategy capture rate Install base analysis Solidbase /new order weight etc.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and identify risks and opportunities in region/offer/Modality.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs. Buildup & enhance financial models/bowler to provide timely & better visibility to commercial team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes Closing and reporting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and healthcare regulatory requirements where applicable

2. Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
• 35 years of experience in FP&A commercial finance or business analysis preferably within healthcare or related industries
• Strong understanding of healthcare/Service business models including service offering delivery pricing etc.
• Proficiency in financial modeling Excel and data analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI Tableau Oracle)
