Job Description
岗位职责
负责指定区域High-end LCMS产品的现场安装操作培训维修维护等工作包括但不限于高效液相三重四极杆飞行时间淌度等相关的硬件及相应的软件等
及时解决客户问题确保用户满意度维护良好用户关系
与其他部门同事协作完成客户的各项售后服务和支持项目
按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作
Qualifications
任职要求
化学药学食品环境生物学等相关专业本科及以上学历
至少1年以上LC或LCMS操作使用经历深入了解相关的仪器工作原理和日常维护操作有维修维护等工作经验的优先
有应用和方法开发经验者优先
喜欢技术钻研动手能力强对售后服务工作有兴趣
具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力
具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力
能适应高频次的出差节奏

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
