Responsibilities岗位职责

1. To be responsible for FIB analysis FIB sample preparation and arrangement of FIB jobs and support TEM/SEM sample preparation via FIB machining.

负责 FIB 实验分析样品制备及工作任务统筹配合完成 TEM/SEM 样品的 FIB 制样工作

2. Efficiently organize full capacity utilization of people and Instruments Including 24x7 Operations and OT wherever required.

高效统筹人员与设备产能最大化利用落实 724 小时运营按需安排加班工作

3. Tool status monitoring and maintenance record to keep FIB systems working well.

监控 FIB 设备运行状态做好维护台账保障设备稳定运行

4. Carry out calibration alignment and troubleshooting of FIB tools when required.

按需完成 FIB 设备校准调试与故障排查工作

5. Evaluate the FIB units in quotation of FIB service as and when needed by Sales team.

配合销售团队按需评估报价中 FIB 机时 / 服务用量

6. Train new employees. Organize analysts do crosstraining between different tools and different jobs within FIB group and crossteam with TEM/SEM.

开展新员工技能培训组织分析师开展跨设备跨岗位及与 TEM/SEM 的交叉技能培训

7. Assist customer service team when necessary.

必要时协助客户服务团队处理对接工作

8. Communicate with the client on sample information experiment requirements and technical details when necessary.

按需与客户对接样品信息实验需求及技术细节

9. Review analysis reports interpret FIBEDS data and answer the questions from the client about FIB characterization analysis.

审核分析报告解读 FIBEDS 实验数据解答客户关于 FIB 表征的技术问题

10. Join the Sales Visits or technical meetings with customers at their site or in conferences/seminars.

参与客户上门拜访技术研讨会行业会议等客户对接工作

11. To maintain and follow the quality management system.

维护并严格执行实验室质量管理体系

12. Provide assistance to Department Manager and companys Quality Management Representative for Maintaining Quality records on regular basis and provide assistance during Internal and External audits.

协助部门经理及公司质量体系负责人定期维护质量记录配合内外部审计工作

13. Maintain Safety and cleanliness in the lab.

14. Maintain good teamwork within FIB group.

15. Be available to work in either of the two shifts and weekends if needed capable of arranging nightshift schedule.

16. Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the Employees manager from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employees job position and work capabilities.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree or above in Materials Science Physics Chemistry or related majors; Masters degree is preferred.

材料物理化学等相关专业本科及以上学历硕士学历优先

2. Solid proficiency in FIB instrument operation sample preparation EDS analysis (Aztec software etc.) and fully understand TEM/SEM sample preparation requirements via FIB.

熟练掌握 FIB 设备操作样品制备EDSAztec 等软件数据分析完全理解 TEM/SEM 样品的 FIB 制样技术要求

3. Minimum 5 years of handson FIB working experience; more than two years Laboratory team management/supervision experience is preferred.

5 年及以上 FIB 实操工作经验2 年及以上实验室团队管理 / 主管经验优先

4. Be responsible careful patient hardworking and able to work under pressure.
