The guest room floor is housed on the 28th to 51st floors and is therefore known as the Up in the Air hotel. Hotel comprises 390 elegantly appointed guestrooms and suits with spectacular views of the city. There are also 20 serviced apartments with fully fitted kitchenettes. The hotel has a range of fine dining and casual eateries for example: Shang Palace Café Soo and Nishimura.

As a F&B Operations Manager we rely on you to

• Support the Director of Food & Beverage to improve the profitability of every outlet
• Optimize the profitability of every outlet
• Analyze market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of service
• In partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage you will have responsibility for the branding revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues
• To be accountable for external contracts such as suppliers performers etc.
• Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys presenting to the senior management team
• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• Prefer candidates with a Chinese restaurant background.
• Leads by example

• Creative with an eye for detail
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Upholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times
