Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operation to meet quality cost and delivery targets.
- Over 5 years relevant experience in management of sizable electronic PCBA factories.
- Diploma or above in Manufacturing Engineering Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
- Professional knowledge in electronics PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT wave soldering conformal coating low cost automation traceability system industrial safety etc.
- Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing qualification is preferable.
- Familiar with MRPII is advantageous.
- Good understanding of routine manufacturing management production planning store operations facility maintenance admin & HR duties.
- Good command of English Cantonese and Mandarin.
