Who you are:

• Mainly responsible for factory monthly report cost update analysis and factory daily operation of Kunshan Factory.

About the job:

• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
• Perform regular analysis of business performance and report variances.
• Contribution to monthly and year end closings. Prepare and drive the costing update processes.
• Work with Finance share service to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility in Factory SET Kunshan.
• Business partner for the factory to help Facotry manager running the factory operations.
• Mature attitude work with different co-works in the matrix organization.
• Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).

What you know:

• Bachelor of Economical Business or equivalent experience
• Financial knowledge in Operation
• Above 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
• Prodcutsmanufacture and process knowledge
• Experience from improvement tools e g 5S Six Sigma Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
• Project work experience
