Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Facility Manager located in Jiading Shanghai.

What a typical day looks like:

Facility Management

• Lead the operation maintenance and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure and utility systems including HVAC compressed air nitrogen fire protection electrical and building systems.
• Ensure high system reliability regulatory compliance energy efficiency and effective contractor management.
• Manage facility budgets maintenance programs and capital projects to support business growth and operational excellence.

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)

• Lead all EHS activities to ensure full compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture through risk management employee training incident prevention and continuous improvement.
• Manage environmental compliance occupational health emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives.
• Drive EHS performance through audits inspections corrective actions and leadership engagement.

Security

• Lead the sites security program to protect employees visitors company assets and intellectual property.
• Manage physical security operations including access control CCTV surveillance visitor management and guard force services.
• Conduct security risk assessments incident investigations and implement mitigation measures to minimize business risks.
• Develop and maintain site security policies procedures and emergency response plans.

• Strong leadership project management and contractor management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets drive continuous improvement and support business continuity.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of facility systems including HVAC compressed air nitrogen fire protection and electrical utilities.
• Solid understanding of EHS regulations risk management environmental compliance and workplace safety.
• Experience in physical security management including access control CCTV and incident response.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management EHS or related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in Facilities EHS and/or Security management within a manufacturing environment.
• Registered Safety Engineer (注册安全工程师) or other relevant certifications preferred.
