Your role:
- Perform all standard secretarial tasks including coordinating CFOs schedule making appointments and establishing agendas arranging business travels claiming travel expenses coordinating department meetings and arranging use of facilities
- Arranging business travels and claiming travel expenses.
- Organize meetings workshops and team activities for Greater China Finance team.
- Provides quality administrative support by preparing reports handling information requests receiving visitors.
- Set up and maintain files of documents and records ensuring accurate and logical organization of files; control confidentiality of such files.
- Serve as a contact between CFO and employees other stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualification Requirements
- Fluent English and Chinese verbal and written skills
- Proficient computer skills such as Excel and PPT
- Quick self-learner proactive and detail oriented
- Good communication skill with all functions internally and externally
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently
