Executive Assistant (OFE) for MEC-CN & MERP-CN
Job Summary
- Strategic Business Partner & Stakeholder Coordination:
Key contact for internal and external stakeholders and manage an extensive network of relationships involving global sector GB as well as region business representatives. Ensure clear communication and efficient coordination while supporting task prioritization and time management across complex strategic and operational topics. - Commercial Strategy & Analytical Support:
Support M/EC-CN on diversified business topics in collaboration with global and local functional leaders. Assist in the development of strategy target deployment and execution follow-up. Leverage strong analytical skills to dissect business problems validate data integrity and provide actionable insights that shape forward-looking strategic concepts. - Executive Meeting Leadership & Facilitation:
Lead agenda setting follow-up and coordination for high-stakes leadership meetings. Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings with comprehensive preparation to ensure effective decision-making outcomes. - Executive Content Ownership & Communication:
Take full ownership of the preparation for executive visits (e.g. Global HQ Board members). Utilize exceptional communication and synthesis skills to prepare high-quality board-level content for decision-making presentations and speeches ensuring complex data is precise well-structured and visually compelling. - Resilience & Initiative Leadership:
Take full ownership of assigned strategic tasks and lead independent commercial projects that directly contribute to the advancement of the organization. Demonstrate high resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. - Other topics assigned by M/EC-CN & ME/RP-CN
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree or above.
- Experience: with 2-6 years of experience in commercial areas and/or executive support. A strong commercial background (e.g. FP&A Business Analysis Strategy or Commercial Finance) within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Project management experience preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholders and leading across a complex matrix organization without direct authority.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution using data-driven methods.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. Possesses a strong sense of ownership integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Ability to draft and edit professional documents in both languages is essential.
