Position Overview
The ESL Teacher will deliver 22 lessons per week within a 40-hour work week that includes both teaching and office hours. This role requires willingness to assist with Open Days and Demo classes as needed. The teacher joins a collaborative team environment and must be a flexible positive team player ready to help a young school reach its full potential.

Class Structure
Class size: 20-25 students
22 lessons per week
Teaching team per class:
o Lead ESL Teacher
o Teaching Assistant
o Homeroom Teacher (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging ESL lessons to junior high students
Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum goals
Assess and monitor student language progress providing regular feedback
Maintain positive classroom management and student engagement
Assist with Open Days Demo classes and school events as needed
Requirements
Native English speaker (US UK or Canada preferred)
At least 2 years of current teaching experience in ESL
Bachelors degree or above in English ESL or the applying subject
Professional energetic creative flexible positive and passionate about teaching
Must be a flexible positive team player willing to help a young school reach its potential

Salary:RMB/month
Housing allowance: up to 3500 RMB per month
Travel allowance: 10000 RMB
