Engineer

1. Business Need / Purpose of Role 职位目的

Lead the manufacturing engineering activities for crusher products at the Binhu plant ensuring robust process design technical readiness for new product introductions (HPGR tyre Enduron crusher Exciter etc.) and continuous improvement of production processes. This role is critical to addressing the increasing quality and delivery expectations from internal and external customers and serves as the key technical interface between Binhu ME team and Venlo/global engineering teams for project transfers.

2. Key Responsibilities / 关键职责

• Manufacturing process design development and optimization for crusher products including Enduron crusher HPGR tyre Exciter and other new product lines / 破碎产品包括Enduron破碎机HPGR tyreExciter等新产品线的制造工艺设计开发与优化

• Create review and maintain manufacturing process documentation (work instructions process flow charts control plans PFMEA) / 编制审核和维护制造工艺文件作业指导书工艺流程图控制计划PFMEA

• Lead process FMEA (PFMEA) activities as process owner collaborating with quality and production teams / 作为过程所有者主导PFMEA活动与质量和生产团队协作

• Drive new product introduction (NPI) and project transfer activities from Venlo/global engineering to Binhu plant ensuring technical readiness localization and validation / 推动从Venlo/全球工程到滨湖工厂的新产品导入和项目转移确保技术准备本地化和验证

• Design procure and validate jigs fixtures and tooling required for assembly and testing processes / 设计采购和验证装配及测试工艺所需的工装夹具

• Provide technical support to production teams on assembly testing painting and packing processes resolving manufacturing issues promptly / 为生产团队提供装配测试喷漆和发运工艺的技术支持及时解决制造问题

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools (VSM Kaizen SMED time study 6S) to improve quality efficiency and reduce waste / 运用精益工具VSMKaizenSMED工时研究6S推动持续改进提升质量效率减少浪费

• Collaborate with international engineering teams (Venlo Poland Australia) on technical alignment design for manufacturing (DFM) feedback and process validation / 与国际工程团队Venlo波兰澳大利亚协作进行技术对齐面向制造的设计DFM反馈和工艺验证

• Supervise mentor and develop the ME team members; plan technical training to build team competency / 管理指导和培养ME团队成员规划技术培训以提升团队能力

• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving for quality and safety incidents / 参与质量和安全事件的根本原因分析RCA和问题解决

• Support Reset-Rebuild-Reignite (RRR) deployment in collaboration with SHE and production teams / 与EHS和生产团队协作支持RRR部署

3. Qualifications / 任职资格

3.1 Required Qualifications / 必备条件

• Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field / 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历

• 8 years of experience in heavy machinery manufacturing engineering production or quality / 8年以上重工机械制造工程生产或质量工作经验

• Foreign-invested company background / 外资企业背景

• Experience in new product introduction or project transfer with international teams / 有与国外团队合作进行新产品导入或项目转移的经验

• Mining machinery background strongly preferred / 矿山机械制造背景优先

• Proficient in PFMEA control plans and process documentation / 熟练掌握PFMEA控制计划和工艺文件编制

• Strong problem-solving skills with structured methodologies (8D 5Why RCA) / 具备结构化问题解决能力8D5WhyRCA

• Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) for daily collaboration with global teams / 英语流利口语和书面能够与全球团队日常协作

3.2 Preferred Qualifications / 优先条件

• Experience with heavy crusher pump or mineral processing equipment assembly and testing / 有重型破碎机泵或矿业设备装配和测试经验
