Engineer I, Quality

This role is based in Suzhou China and it is responsible for ensuring products processes and services consistently meet customer requirements industry standards and regulatory expectations. The role focuses on quality planning risk assessment process control root cause analysis continuous improvement and driving corrective/preventive actions to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct product and process quality inspections and audits.
• Monitor production quality performance and analyze quality trends.
• Support incoming in-process and final inspection activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why Fishbone Diagram and Pareto Analysis.
• Handle customer complaints non-conformances and internal quality issues.
• Support implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support process capability studies and statistical analysis.

• Bachelors degree preferably in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering Manufacturing Quality or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as PFMEA SPC MSA 8D and Kaizen.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or TL9000 and continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and identify quality-related issues.
• Strong learning agility problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical analysis tools is a plus.
