Job Responsibilities:

教育程度大学本科及以上学历大学英语四级或以上计算机科学人工智能软件工程自动化数学等相关专业

工作经验具有3年以上人工智能软件开发相关工作经验有制造型企业尤其是汽车行业AI项目落地经验者优先

专业技能要求

基础理论深入理解神经网络基本原理如CNNRNNTransformer架构熟悉反向传播激活函数优化器等核心机制并能针对业务场景进行模型选型与调优编程与框架精通Python及常用数据科学库PandasNumPyScikit-learn精通PyTorch或TensorFlow深度学习框架熟悉Linux开发环境及基本Shell脚本大模型与生成式AI深入理解RAG检索增强生成全链路技术熟悉向量数据库如Milvus/Qdrant的使用有实际的大模型微调SFT/LoRA提示词工程和智能体Agent开发经验熟悉LangChain/LlamaIndex/Dify等框架机器视觉熟悉OpenCV掌握经典目标检测模型如UnetYOLO等系列的原理及应用了解模型量化TensorRT等边缘端部署技术数据库与数据管道熟悉SQL语言了解OracleHanaMSSQLMySQLPostgreSQL等关系型数据库有与BI/数据仓库对接的经验理解ETL流程

能力要求

具备独立完成从需求分析数据准备模型选型开发训练到生产环境部署的全链路能力具备优秀的沟通能力和需求分析能力能将模糊的业务问题如提高质检效率让知识库更智能转化为具体的技术方案能在有限资源下独立推进项目具备极强的问题解决能力和动手意愿能接受去生产车间现场调试具有良好的代码编程习惯及技术文档编写能力

主要岗位职责

1流程及制度

1编制AI项目开发模型管理数据标注及AI系统运维相关的管理流程与制度

2信息系统规划

1参与公司AI应用及数据智能规划方案的编制与讨论为AI技术选型提供专业建议

3大模型应用开发知识库与智能体

1负责企业内部知识库系统的架构设计与落地解决文档解析知识切分向量检索和语义重排等关键问题

2负责基于大语言模型的智能体Agent设计与开发利用工具调用Function Calling实现AI与内部系统如MESERP的交互

3跟踪和反馈实施效果

4机器视觉系统开发缺陷检测

1负责生产线视觉检测需求的评估方案设计及实施

2负责图像数据的采集标注指导模型训练优化及准确率提升

3负责将视觉模型进行量化压缩并部署到车间边缘端设备如工控机上稳定运行

5.项目实施与运维

1负责AI项目的全生命周期管理包括需求调研方案设计开发实施上线培训及持续运维

2跟踪AI领域前沿技术发展定期评估并引入适合公司业务的新技术新工具

6合规与安全

1认真贯彻执行国家及行业有关网络安全数据隐私和AI伦理的法规和政策

2在AI开发中严格执行公司信息安全与数据保护制度确保AI系统与模型的安全可靠

3主动识别并报告系统中的安全隐患积极参与安全培训
