Position summary:

Work with specialty marketing team to facilitate the key strategic initiatives including digital platform data analysis; to be the owner of the key operational tasks including marketing event execution vendor management and team support on system process management

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

• Systematically manage the operation of physician-facing marketing digital platform and make sure efficient product/solution value delivered to target audience.

• Analyze users footprint data instantly updated information and share with team to make sure staying current in the market.

• Manage design and event vendors to ensure the event execution and optimize the total cost

• Assist sales/operation data analysis and drive insights for marketing event design

• Conduct regular survey and draw implication to relevant PMs

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree from decent China universities (211 or 985 universities preferred) or leading oversea colleges master degree is a plus but not required

• Major in marketing management economics communication statistics science and engineering medical pharmacy and biology

• At least 2 years experience in healthcare marketing professional education or research/consulting firm and familiar with digital platform professional education and data analysis

• Strong communication and good English skills

• Master Excel and PPT skills

• Sales experience is preferred but not required
