Job Summary
1. Acquisition support to Sales (Milestone Cost evaluation Technical discussions)
2. Quotation evaluation process and approval
3. Review of customer requirements and check of feasibility regarding technique resources price (together with project team)
4. Build up project team define project scope and goals set up schedule and define key milestones organize project team meeting regularly
5. Overall responsible for customer project team work according to PEP ensure fulfilment of project goals on cost timing and quality
6. Independently lead project development for global project or pilot project
7. Regularly report to management regarding project progress timely escalation for urgent case
8. Focus on customer service and improvement of customer satisfaction
9. Change management in & after project development phase (internal & external ECR)
10. Support long-term product cost optimization lead for customer release
11. Delegation of project related tasks to project team members
12. Escalation to Local Steering Committee or global team
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor or Master in Technical or commercial
2. Min. 5-year experience of Project/ Sales/ Purchase/Supplier management
3. Ability to lead cross-function team
4. Good all-round knowledge of technique commercial cost and planning items
5. Good communication skill
6. Experienced in MS-office good computer skill
7. Good command of English language both written and spoken
