项目期间工厂施工期间现场值班和现场电气安全检查参与项目调试

生产期间在保证安全和食品安全的前提下完成电气值班长和主管安排的工作保障电气设备安全正常运行

项目期间

1负责全厂施工用电的安全检查监督并跟踪落实

2负责电气工程的施工质量及监督

3参与电气项目的阶段性验收

4参与生产设备系统的调试试运行等

5参加新设备新系统的保养维护等培训

6跟进投入运行的设备及系统的运行反馈必要时跟进供应商的整改等

7不断提升电气专业的理论知识和技能水平

8上级安排的其他工作

生产期间

1. 遵守和执行公司和部门的各项规章制度遵守公司食品安全质量环境政策和要求

2. 负责工厂高低压电气设备仪表阀门变频器和PLC/DCS系统的维护和保养按时完成各项电气维修工作并及时反馈和记录

3. 做好预防性和预见性的维护保养保障设备的安全性和运行可靠性按照标准作业指导书 完成各项预防性和预测性维修检查工作 记录检查发现项并及时反馈

4对工厂常发易发的电仪设备故障 提出合理化建议 并协助上级落实整改方案

5. 负责责任区和工作现场环境卫生

6. 不断提升电气专业的理论知识和技能水平

7. 根据上级安排参与值班

8. 上级安排的其他工作

Qualifications :

中技或以上学历电气自动化机电一体化等相关专业

三年以上工厂高低压电气设备仪器仪表设备和PLC/DCS自动化系统维护经验有同类油厂工作经验优先

高/低压电工作业证
