-At least 8-year successful experience with sales business management
3 years E-com business management Alibaba platform management experience preferred
Strong track record in delivery business results
Proven leadership experience in leading a team
Strong Experience in cross-function cooperation
As lead of Digital SPT flagship store to develop and deploy both short term and longer-term growth strategy to delivery SPT flagship store business goals with Customers on T-mall platform and JD platform
Build strong partnership with T-mall & JD Senior Management & cross functional counterparts to lead SPT flagship store diet category development
Delivery the business targets including both Topline & bottom line KPIs
Drive collaboration with cross functional teams to achieve business operation effectiveness & efficiency
Build and develop talents & team expertise on E-com capability
Collaborate with One-Mars cross segment peers to share & leverage best practice
