You will act as a key business partner in Commercial Finance HR Compliance MKT and IT leadership translating business strategy into actionable SFE frameworks. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Value Creation

• Define SFE strategic roadmap and key project delivery plans aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead Cross-BU analysis to benchmark performance identify synergies and optimize resource allocation across business.
• Generate actionable insights from VC and Channel data analytics providing actionable recommendations to Commercial leadership to drive value creation support strategic initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Design incentive frameworks tied to KPIs and translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for Commercial leadership.

2. Governance Risk & Standardization

• Establish a robust data governance system unifying key metrics rules and management standards.
• Proactively identify process/data risks and drive closed-loop resolution to ensure audit compliance.
• Ensure transparency and traceability in VC performance automation channel policy implementation and investigation processes.

3. Digital Innovation & Process Optimization

• Lead the digital transformation roadmap driving system platform upgrades (Reporting /Power BI) and core process optimization.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline performance tracking calculation and reporting.
• Build continuous improvement mechanisms to achieve scalable and efficient operations.

4. Process Optimization & Digital Innovation

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to automate sales performance tracking calculation and reporting.
• Leverage Power BI Salesforce AI and digital tools to drive commercial excellence.
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

5. Leadership & Organizational Development

• Cultivate a high-performance team culture focused on continuous learning and execution excellence.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to strengthen team capabilities.
• Drive knowledge management and share best practices to elevate overall organizational competency.
