As a Director of Human Resources we rely on you to

1. Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department includes Recruitment Learning & Development Compensation & Benefit Colleague Relationship Performance Management and other related function.

2. Drive a high-performing and motivated workforce.

3. Proactively alerts the Executive Committee and General Manager on potential employee relation issues and addresses them in a timely manner.

4. Demonstrate key competencies and our belief.
