We are currently looking for a Director of Business Development (Convention) :

As a Director of Business Development (Convention) we rely on you to:

• To be familiar with all Shangri-Las hotel policies and procedures.
• 熟悉香格里拉酒店的所有政策和程序
• To be well-versed with the facilities and services offered by the hotel.
• 熟悉酒店提供的设施和服务
• Attends major travel functions and promotional events to promote sales for the hotel.
• 协调安排所辖客户在酒店的大型活动及接待工作
• Lead the team in implementing business development plans.
• 带领团队实施业务发展计划
• Coordinate and arrange large-scale events and hospitality services for clients under the hotel

• Establishes and maintains effective relations.
• 建立并保持有效的关系
• Maintains a professional business confidentiality.
• 维护专业的商业机密

We are looking for someone who:

• Has passion for Sales and Marketing.

• Communicates with fluency in English as well as the local language.
