Job Summary
- Implement end-to-end social media operation and paid social ads including WeChat Channels Bilibili and Red Note maintain brand tone consistency and handle community comment interaction.
- Refine social media content design creative formats and visuals and make technical content better suited for social media dissemination.
- Design and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and traffic.
- Collaborate with global team to deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud in China
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SCRM system to understand customers and design personalized contents to increase intimacy and generate leads.
- Cooperate with campaign and product teams to support integrated marketing activities with matching digital assets consolidate cross-channel performance data summarize insights and propose actionable optimizations.
- Regularly measure and report applicable metrics and key performance indicators to give iterative suggestions
- Monitor and track spending to meet annual budget plan drive vendor evaluation to optimize budget spend.
- Research social media trends explore new platforms/tools and stay current with the latest best practices.
- Bachelors degree in life science business marketing or related field
- 3-5 years extensive professional experience in digital marketing
- Experience in a comparable role within an industrial and international environment; business understanding in Life Sciences/Pharma industry is preferred
- Strong AI content generation skills and copy writing skills
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SCRM system
- Data-driven with a process-oriented mindset and skilled in problem-solving
- Strong at multi-tasking and aggressive timeline.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
