Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full cycle of shoe product development.
Check influence and confirm product specifications and material selections to ensure quality and consistency.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Create update and maintain accurate development records and documentation.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including USA-based R&D and factories.
Work with headquarter office production teams and technicians on daily work basis about project development details.
Foster a collaborative team environment built on trust respect and open communication.

Main Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in shoe development with a focus on soccer footwear.
Strong attention to detail with excellent project tracking abilities.
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (speaking listening reading writing).
Positive personality willing to learn adaptable and team-oriented.
