Design Intern Experience Design (Healthcare & Innovation)

Your role:

• Drive meaningful impact:
  As a Design Intern at Philips Design Shanghai you will contribute to projects that shape the future of healthcare experiencesfrom hospital environments to digital service journeyshelping improve patient staff and customer outcomes.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team:
  You will collaborate closely with experience designers service designers researchers and cross-functional partners including marketing business and engineering teams both locally and globally.

Youre the right fit if:

Experience:

• Prior internship academic project or personal work in experience design service design UX/UI industrial design or related fields.

Skills:

• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills (e.g. sketching prototyping presentation)
• Basic proficiency in AI tools (e.g. chatgpt vscode or similar)
• Curiosity about healthcare innovation and human-centered design

Education:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Service Design Industrial Design or related disciplines

Anything else:

• Proactive collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced cross-cultural environment
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
