Who you are:

• Handle the module arrangement 3D drawing design to support project execution & quotation & Module workshop manufacturing with timely and high quality

• Standardize and optimize module design under the conditions of to meet product technical specification design Standard market needs easy module installation etc.

• Build 3D Model of FCM/HSS module product and other possible new module product via Inventor/AutoCAD for ship new building module application.

*FCM Fuel conditioning module

*HSS High speed separator system

• Design module arrangement following the aspects like P&ID project specification product standard customer demanding module workshop installation etc. and to optimize to support project execution

• Define the module piping specification as per the fluid spec.& velocity etc. and other piping fitting as well

• Provide the detail 3D module drawings to module workshop for assembly purpose

• Manage the drawing database in a systematic way

• Communicate / Feedback to Central Product center if it is relevant module Central standard 3D drawings

• Communicate with Project Engineer about the preference module arrangement as project base

• Communicate with module workshop about the as built module assembly relevant

• Claim handling support if it is relevant module design

• Customer satisfaction oriented

• New product module arrangement drawing develop

What you know:

Knowledge:

• Bachelor degree major in mechanical or similar

• Background & insight in the Marine product knowledge of Alfa Laval product is a plus

• Background of Module or System designer experience of module manufacturing is a plus

• Familiar with marine Class regulation

• Piping & piping fitting material and connecting

• Welding knowledge

Skills:

• 6 years working experience experience in Marine is a plus

• Inventor

• Problem solving and target oriented

• Good communication

• AutoCAD

• Microsoft office

• Written and spoken English fluently in the work

• Design experience
