Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the implementation configuration and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across APAC markets with a key focus on China. The Functional Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders technology teams and system integrators to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable compliant and efficient ERP solutions aligned with Customers standards.
The role will play a key part in delivering finance transformation initiatives ensuring localization requirements for China are met and supporting end-to-end functional delivery across core finance processes.
Key Accountabilities
Lead functional design and configuration for D365 Finance & Operations modules (e.g. General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Project Accounting)
Gather analyse and document business requirements through workshops with finance and operational stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs aligned with global templates
Ensure China-specific localization requirements (tax invoicing compliance) are incorporated into the solution
Support end-to-end system implementation lifecycle including design build test deployment and hypercare
Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations data migration strategies and reporting requirements
Participate in system integration testing (SIT) user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution
Drive process standardisation and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Provide functional support and guidance to business users during and post implementation
Ensure adherence to Customers governance change management and compliance standards
Produce high-quality documentation including process flows functional design documents (FDD) and training materials
Support cutover planning data validation and go-live activities
Professional Knowledge Skills & Experience
6 10 years of experience in ERP implementation with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Proven hands-on experience in core Finance modules (GL AP AR FA Cash & Bank Tax)
Strong understanding of financial processes reporting and controls in enterprise environments
Experience with D365 F&O implementations in China including regulatory and localization requirements
Familiarity with APAC rollout programs and multi-country implementations
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Exposure to integrations data migration and reporting tools within D365 ecosystem
Understanding of Microsoft Azure Power Platform (nice to have)
Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (preferred/mandatory)
Language Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (native-level proficiency required)
Strong English communication skills (reading writing and speaking) to collaborate with global teams
Personal Attributes

Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment while collaborating with global teams
