负责精密机械小零件微型结构件的整体结构设计方案迭代图纸输出样品跟进及量产落地独立完成从概念设计建模出图到试产验证的全流程工作 针对精密零部件开展力学仿真模拟受力分析结构强度校核精准排查零件拉伸挤压弯折疲劳应力形变等结构风险输出完整仿真分析报告与优化方案 结合产品使用工况装配公差材料特性优化精密小件结构解决零件松动变形断裂装配干涉尺寸偏差等结构问题提升产品稳定性与良品率 跟进行业精密结构设计工艺沉淀标准化设计经验持续优化结构设计方案降本增效

任职要求

5年及以上精密机械结构设计工作经验专注小型精密零件微型结构件设计经验者优先熟悉精密非标零件五金小件塑胶精密件设计逻辑 熟练使用UGNXCreo进行全流程建模装配工程图出图精通UG曲面建模参数化建模公差标注等核心功能 具备扎实的机械力学基础能够独立完成结构受力分析强度校核疲劳分析熟练使用相关仿真软件开展力学模拟精准定位结构受力薄弱点并给出整改方案 熟悉常用金属塑胶等材料特性掌握精密零件加工工艺公差配合表面处理工艺能独立处理高精度零部件的设计与量产问题 精通机械制图标准能独立输出合规的2D工程图BOM检验标准及设计说明书具备严谨的设计思维和问题排查能力 具备独立项目推进能力抗压性强沟通高效有医疗器械齿轮设计精密设备仪器配件等精密结构设计经验者优先
