We are looking for high-potential junior talents or fresh graduates to join our logistics operations team.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn detail-oriented and passionate about working in a fast-paced international environment.

You will gain exposure to end-to-end logistics operations and build strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Support daily logistics operations (shipment tracking status updates exception follow-up)

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively flag risks or delays

• Handle inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain operational records

• Follow standard procedures to ensure compliance and service quality

• Work closely with team members and support cross-team coordination

• Learn to identify and escalate operational issues when needed

• Strong sense of responsibility reliable careful and accountable

• Fast learner able to quickly pick up new systems and processes

• Good communication skills clear and structured expression

• Team player open-minded and willing to support others

• Customer service mindset patient responsive and service-oriented

• Basic problem awareness able to notice issues and seek solutions

• Positive and resilient attitude willing to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelors degree (any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus)

• Background inlogistics(sea/air)/supplychain or international exposure is a plus (not required).

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience

• Basic English communication skills (written & reading)

• No strict experience requirement strong learning opportunity
