What this job involves

全面负责管理现场客服会务团队工作

定期汇总现场的工作报告并与客户保持日常联络沟通

安排下属员工的日常工作并规范监督等达到目标要求

制定各项标准工作流程并开展团队培训及执行

统筹落实好各项会务接待事务高标准展示专业形象

解决各类客服突发事件处理投诉沟通并及时向上汇报

保持与项目其它团队的工作协同落实好项目整体工作目标

其它上司交待的工作任务

Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

专科以上学历酒店管理及相关服务类专业优先考虑

3年以上相关客服会务管理经验1年以上团队管理经验有五星级酒店服务相关经验者优先考虑

工作积极主动团队意识及抗压能力强

良好的服务意识亲切的待人接物态度

良好的英文听说能力良好的沟通及语言表达能力

熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用能力

有能力在同一时间管理并计划好多个工作任务
