Job Description:
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative plays the critical role to effectively interface multiple functions across sales marketing product Engineering application engineering and production planning in order to meet customers requests and manage all kinds of pre-sales and post-sales activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
between field sales offices and corporate head quarter: provide support for order status to regional sales manager.
and maintain the MPS forecast system Adexa and customer relationship management system - vTiger.
as the first customer contact person to handle customer inquiries for assign product lines provide tactical support including but not limited to: customer inquiry price quotation lead times and supporting sample information.
customer orders/changes accordingly to established department procedures after confirming the stock availability and customer product allocationcmmunicate with customer on relevant -promise orders when unplanned downtime occurs insufficient material is available or when it is necessary to reschedule orders and/or change production to satisfy customer needs. Arrange delivery schedules based on customers delivery requirements and electronically process delivery orders. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status.
document and consolidate customer feedbacks/complaints according to defined procedures. Initiate coordination with the relevant personnel such as sales logistics warehouse and finance to solve problems and to ensure the necessary corrective actions taken in accordance with serving standards. Support supervisor/sales supervisor any unmet customer needs.
weekly quarterly and annual forecast by collecting and reporting results.
and maintain daily weekly and monthly reports for sales.
with sales office to compile monthly sell thru (POS) and inventory reports .
with production control to ensure product availability.
REQUIREMENTS:
with MRP/ ERP system
in English speaking writing reading and listening
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
team player customer-oriented and strong sense of commitment
organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Customer Service skills including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
