3. 核对物流信息回复发货时效快递查询售后政策等用户问题

4. 记录用户反馈痛点建议定期整理并同步给运营与产品团队

5. 维护店铺评分降低差评与纠纷率提升DSR

6. 配合大促活动做好客服排班话术准备压力应对

任职资格

1. 1年以上电商客服经验抖音/淘宝/快手经验优先

2. 熟悉电商订单流程售后规则物流常识

3. 沟通温和耐心服务意识强有同理心情绪稳定

4. 打字速度快响应及时能同时接待多位用户

5. 抗压能力强适应晚班大促高强度工作

6. 责任心强细心严谨有团队协作精神
