Job Description

The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for driving customer engagement business adoption and long-term value creation for Payoneers customers.

This role combines customer success account management and sales execution working closely with internal teams to deliver business growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.

  • Lead and coordinate projects

Qualification requirement:

  • Bachelors degree or above and English CET-4
  • 2 years experience in sales customer success or account management
  • Strong understanding of sales planning customer engagement and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to market trends and customer needs
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce fintech or payments industry is a plus
