担任客户顾问通过频繁的客户拜访建立和维护良好的客户关系了解并发掘客户的需求关注客户的关键绩效指标并能基于客户的需求提供对客户有价值的优选方案

站在客户核心利益的角度上代表客户监督检查我们对客户所承诺的服务及时服务优质服务以实现客户满意为服务宗旨

通过以客户至上的顾问式服务赢得客户信任并与客户建立嵌入式的长期服务伙伴关系从而实现公司的业绩目标

具体负责了解客户预算编定时间或投资计划了解客户冷冻机房运行特点了解客户设施管理现状和需求向客户建议预防性大修设备改造空调及机电系统运行管理等常规服务以及延伸价值方案

具体负责应用个人空调系统知识及公司标准服务套餐帮助客户分析空调设备及空调系统所碰到的问题并做出正确的方案选择

代表客户具体负责与技术支持部门售后执行部门紧密合作确保实现我们对客户的服务承诺

具体负责并充分掌握顾问式服务业务流程完成销售业务的定单跟进下单业务实施项目成效监督管理开票确认收入收款及客户满意度跟踪等全部工作

积极扩大特灵在工业行业售后服务客户顾问业务的市场影响力从而实现服务市场占有率

任职资格:

本科以上学历

具备一定的顾问式营销技能能应用现代市场顾问式方式服务客户具有客户服务行业相关成功经验

有相关行业工作经验五年以上熟悉中央空调设备机房系统水系统末端空调系统控制系统的基本构成特点者优先

性格外向愿意与人打交道具有良好的沟通技巧

熟悉办公软件的应用

富有团队合作精神
