Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述

• Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customers new PO.订单录入根据代理商和客户订单及时录入系统并确保订单信息正确
• Order Backlog: Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan. 追货帮助销售团队与工厂沟通并改善交期
• Payment: Collect payment from disty and customer. 及时追款
• Delivery: Provide shipping instruction to shipping department. 发货安排发货事宜
• System: Maintain sales system.定期维护销售系统
• Report: Maintain CSR report.定期维护CSR相关报表
• Sample: Support internal and external sample request. 支持内外部样品需求

REQUIREMENTS任职要求

• Bachelor degree majoring in English or business operation is preferred. 本科学历英语或商务相关专业优先
• More than 12 years CSR related experience.12年以上客户服务相关经验优先
• Good English skills in written and oral. 良好的英语读写及口语能力
• Good computer skills: Excel Word. 良好的计算机办公技能
• Detail orientated and professional. 注重细节并保持专业素质
• Able to work under owns initiative.能够独立开展工作
