• Sample Order Processing Production & Delivery: Responsible for confirming and inputting sample orders from external and internal customers clarifying technical specifications verifying Bosch material numbers and ensuring order completeness in the sample order tool. Follow MP-207.02 process to execute sample production and delivery including order finalization and forwarding to the sample shop.
• 样品订单处理生产与交付负责确认和录入外部及内部客户样品订单澄清技术规范验证博世物料号确保样品订单工具中订单的完整性按MP-207.02流程开展样品生产及交付包括订单最终化并转发至样品车间
• Technical Documentation & Order Finalization: Prepare and maintain technical documentation including production documents parts lists test specifications and drawings. Confirm or create Bosch material numbers set parts list status and check feasibility of meeting customer deadlines.
• 技术文档准备与订单最终化准备和维护技术文档包括生产文件零件清单测试规范和图纸确认或创建博世物料号设置零件清单状态检查客户交期可行性
• Order Change Management: Clarify evaluate and implement order change requests regarding delivery date quantity price and specification. Document all changes in IT systems and communicate technical changes to stakeholders.
• 订单变更管理澄清评估并实施关于交期数量价格和规格的订单变更请求在IT系统中记录所有变更向相关方沟通技术变更
• Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving companys objectives.
• 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作

Qualifications :

Education学历

Bachelor degree or above.

本科及以上学历

Skills技能

Knowledge of sample order processing and familiarity with SAP and sample order tools;

熟悉样品订单处理流程熟练使用SAP及样品订单工具

Experience工作经验

Three years working experience;

三年以上工作经验

Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;

具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先

Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in  automotive industry will be a plus;

具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑
