Where is the work:

关键岗位职责
- 参加公司内部的项目技术及商务交底会议
- 按照设计图纸工程合同要求组织项目施工
- 制定项目管理目标明确安全质量进度造价成本等项目管理目标并得到相关领导的审批同意
- 负责项目安全质量进度造价等一系列管理工作确保相应管理目标的顺利实现
- 组织项目现场安装施工
- 协调处理好与业主总包监理分包单位行业主管部门的关系确保项目正常进行
- 组织做好项目各个阶段的管理工作包括项目技术商务交底施工前准备物料及分包采购申请安装施工管理调试
试运行竣工验收与竣工结算等
- 协调处理项目施工中出现的各种问题
- 完成领导交办的其他工作任务
任职资格:
- 大学本科及以上学历暖通空调相关专业背景
- 从事暖通专业工程项目管理工作3年以上经验
- 良好的沟通与协调技能能够妥善处理好项目利益各方的各种关系合理合时合适地调度各类资源具备良好的协调沟
通技能
- 丰富的项目管理技能包括设计计划合约招标采购施工协调工程造价管理等经验
- 风险识别与控制技能能够识别项目各类风险如安全风险质量风险进度风险造价风险等
- 具备机电各个专业的识图工程量统计CAD制图能力以及综合性机电安装工程项目管理经验
- 拥有一级或二级建造师资格/国际PMP项目管理资格加分项
- 对于空调系统控制有一定的了解加分项
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
- 可接受派驻到外省市管理项目
