根据业务发展及增长需求开展解决方案新建业务达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长与内部团队跨部门协作沟通设计
院顾问工程公司为客户提供方案设计在满足客户需求的情况下实现特灵解决方案新建业务在区域内的推广和销售
的任务
关键岗位职责
- 结合公司战略目标及市场情况制定销售策略和行动计划并落实实现并超越既定的销售和利润目标
- 向客户阐述特灵整体系统解决方案(高效机房整体解决方案变风量空调系统解决方案冰蓄冷自控系统解决方案等性
能和优势根据项目需求和技术支持团队一起为客户定制有竞争力的技术方案建立和维护良好的客户关系取得新建项
目业务
- 积极寻求项目机会扩大特灵HVAC系统整体解决方案业务的市场覆盖和影响力
- 部门内部/跨部门协作完成综合型项目
- 日常销售行为符合公司要求并及时进行系统更新
- 依照公司要求的销售目标完成各项业绩指标及时完成订单及收款
任职资格:
- 本科或以上学历有较强的暖通或其他理工科专业背景如制冷及低温技术建筑环境与能源应用电气工程等熟悉
暖通自控系统
- 5 年以上的空调系统解决方案的直销经验具备空调设备销售或者机电工程销售经验
- 有熟悉的业主设计院机电顾问公司资源包括但不限于高端自用商业地产工业类客户如制药与生命科学电子与芯
片食品与饮料数据中心机械汽车烟草物流等行业的工业厂房或仓库类客户
- 对工程概预算及施工过程有一定了解能识图纸并制作暖通系统简单的流程图系统图等
- 对销售工作充满热情目标为导向解决问题为导向
- 学习能力强容易接受新知识逻辑性强能独立完成客户演示
- 能够并愿意到负责区域出差
- 具备英语读写能力
