工作概述

根据业务发展及增长需求开展改造业务达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长与内部团队交叉合作沟通设计院为客户提供方案设计以达到满足客户需求的情况下实现既有建筑整体系统节能改造

关键岗位职责

结合公司战略目标及市场情况制定销售策略和行动计划并落实扩大所负责区域内重点垂直市场客户的系统节能改造业务

制定客户拜访计划了解客户年度节能改造预算与年度改造计划并针对客户现场实际情况组织团队进行能源审计提供有竞争力的改造方案取得既有项目的节能改造业务机会并组织实施业务类型包括但不限于空调冷冻机房整体改造设备升级更换末端系统改造AI自控系统升级改造室内空气品质改善等

维护核心客户资源定期开展客户回访结合公司市场推广策略实施客户技术交流解决方案推广等工作实现系统改造业务良性循环

跟踪区域市场以及市场竞争的基本情况不断发现新的销售机会扩大公司系统整体解决方案业务的市场覆盖和影响力

依照公司要求的销售目标完成各项业绩指标及时完成订单及收款

部门内部/跨部门协作完成综合型项目

任职资格:

本科或以上学历熟悉暖通自控系统有较强的暖通或理工科相关专业背景如制冷及低温技术建筑环境与能源应用电气工程等优先

5年以上系统节能改造的销售行业直销经验具备空调设备销售或者机电工程销售经验

有既有建筑的客户资源包括但不限于高端物业公司高端酒店管理公司能源管理公司工业类客户如制药与生命科学电子与芯片食品与饮料数据中心机械汽车烟草物流等行业的工业厂房或仓库类客户

对工程概预算及施工过程有一定了解能识图纸并制作暖通系统简单的流程图系统图等

对销售工作充满热情目标为导向解决问题为导向

学习能力强容易接受新知识逻辑性强能独立完成客户演示

能够并愿意到负责区域出差

具备英语读写能力
