岗位职责

1有效实施GMP和法规/验证的要求实时跟进法规要求变化并做出及时响应和评估确保合规要求落实到工厂

2能主动识别在工厂运营和项目中的法规符合性问题/差距/风险并推动评估和风险缓解计划的落实

3能有效维护质量体系的运行确保质量流程和要求都落实到位以支持工厂业务的发展

4有效支持法规检查和内外部审计并确保相关整改措施落实到位

5能及时提供质量体系相关的指导培训和沟通推动质量合规文化的持续提升

6理解并遵守所有环境健康和安全EHS及质量法规公司要求标准操作程序SOP和要求

7根据上级要求履行其他职责

任职资格

1本科学历药学或相关专业

24年以上质量体系管理合规管理工作经验

1具有扎实的制造/包装工艺规程/质量标准知识

2熟悉药品及医疗器械相关国家和地方质量政策法规(GMP等)

3熟悉质量管理体系比如变更偏差CAPA验证等

3较好的综合分析沟通协调应变能力创新能力

4较强的学习能力

5能用英语进行熟练的交流书写和口语
