YOUR TASKS
Developing the HELLA Compliance Management System furtherDrafting updates of the HELLA Compliance Guideline
Contributing to monitoring and steering the other Central Compliance Departments regarding the set-up and development of the compliance management system for their respective compliance area (e.g. data privacy information security expert control etc.)
Managing and coordinating joint compliance-related topics projects initiatives notably across the Central Compliance Departments
Preparing the reporting to the Management Board Supervisory Board (audit committee) and other stakeholders regarding activities of the Compliance Office
Contributing to or steering the meetings of the heads of the Central Compliance Departments the Compliance Board and the Compliance Officers/Agents
Managing project teams regarding the general compliance culture/communication as well as specific compliance topics (such as Code of Conduct-related)
Contributing to developing the compliance management systems for Competition Law and Anti-Corruption (and others if applicable)
Preparing drafting and implementing the appropriate compliance measures for these compliance areas (including trainings processes policies/guidelines and any supporting documents)
Advising HELLA management and employees in any compliance-related topics (not assigned to other central compliance departments) in a pragmatic consistent founded and appropriate manner
Contributing to managing and documenting incidents
Managing an investigation assigned to the Compliance Office i.e. deciding on the necessary and appropriate investigation measures (e.g. document review interviews) including drafting investigation report
Managing proper overall documentation of the incident management in the tellUS! administrative portal (incident register) including exercising leadership towards investigating departments/case handlers (in terms of complying with the requirements of the incident guideline/process/documentation)
Establishing and coordinating a functional network
Conducting of international trainings regarding the responsible expertise
Preparing and presenting strategic decisions for innovative processes and technologies
Economic considerations cost comparisons regarding budget and resource planning
