We are currently looking for a Communications Executive(Digitial) to join our Sales & Marketing team.

As a Communications Executive(Digital) we rely on you to

• Assists in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising collateral and public relations activities.
• Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
• Helps with the publication of hotels newsletter(s).
• Assists in monthly A&BP compilation forecasts and and payment settlement.
• Assists in the office filing.
• Supports communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.
• Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary and appropriate to the communications status.
• Assists in arranging the photographer for VIP arrival/ events and etc.
• Compiles and maintains press kit information for media as appropriate
• Assists with media follow ups as necessary.
• Supports the liaison between the communications department and advertising agency on the rooms and food & beverage tactical advertising campaigns creative and media plans.
• Assists in maintaining media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts.
• Assists DOC on advertising and related matters.
• Assists with the A&BP forecasts and payments processes.
• Keeps files of all contracts and payment documentation.
• Assists in the coordination and execution of all printed materials.
• Assists in controlling quantity and inventory of all marketing collateral items.
• Assists in the production of all displays and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
• Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Communications
• Enjoys being creative
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local Language)
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and the platforms associated with it
• Preferably has relevant experience from an International 5* Hotel Group
• Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
