Communication and Marketing Officer

• Prepare translate edit and copy document such as strategy documents weekly meeting documents presentation slides communication letters speech report meeting material etc.; Attend meeting with Business Developers colleagues to promote companys products.
• Report & coordinate dashboard activities to Marketing and Strategy department and update Action Plan.
• Manage and optimize database including project list client list and technologies catalogue of the company.
• May provide business support for preparation of NDA JDP MOU PU invoice engineering design and other contract documents for various departments of the Group.
• Manage company WeChat Official account: articles publication create exclusive content monitor WeChat Official account audience.
• Responsible for company events & exhibition conference webinar seminar etc.
• Implement the local communication in accordance with groups guidelines and support the organization of activities meetings / seminars etc.
• Translate head office presentation material brochure videos in coordination with printing and communication agencies.
• Translate WeChat news / articles from the market requested by the Business Development team.
• Implement ESG actions locally in coordination with the headquarters.

Qualifications :

• Master in Communication and / or Marketing
• Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory; knowledge of the French language is a plus
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent command of content creation tools (Photoshop Illustrator etc.) and social networks
• Ability to work independently and team spirit
• 5 years working experience in similar position
