YOUR TASKS

• Analyze the purchasingmarket with respect to business division targets and requirements as well asPrepare and update the supplier matrix prepare qualified supplier up alternative suppliers to reduce costs achieve technical quality andother defined targets according to business division requirements in agreementwith cross functional responsible involved.
  
• Implementation andsupporting preparation of a purchasing strategy for the material group indefined strategy team and Establish a standard and optimized supplier basis torealize synergies by bundling purchasing volume concentrating on efficientsuppliers and optimizing the process chain.
  
• Define material cost changes(budgeting) in agreement with the HCs and superior in order to create analigned planning basis and to achieve business division objectives.
  
• Generate measures andsupport the measure generation for commercial and technical optimization ofcomponents or purchase volume to reduce costs and improve quality and security ofsupply.
  
• Analyze suppliers incooperation with the suppliers identify opportunities for improvement andderive corresponding qualification measures involving internal organizationalunits in order to optimize the process chain between the supplier and Hella.
  
• Ensure transparency andconsolidation of supplier and material data in order to guarantee astandardized data basis available to everyone.
  Consolidate the annualmaterial requirements in the group of goods and carry out central negotiationswith suppliers (granting) to achieve optimum purchasing prices throughbundling.
  
• Leading in initiating talksand in carrying out negotiations and preparing contracts to reduce costs aswell as to optimize procedures between supplier and Hella and to enforce Hellainterests taking into account schedules quality quantity and deliveryconditions.
  
• Summarize and documentpurchasing activities derived from the purchasing targets to trigger andimplement the necessary measures.

• Responsible material Group: Active electronic parts such as MCU Transistor IC Diode Mosfet etc.
  
• >3 years Commodity buyer experience.
  
• Technical Background -Bachelor at least Electronics Engineering related is preferred.
  
• Automotive industry experience from 3-5 years .
  
• Good English communication skill for Daily work with global colleagues
