Commercial Quality Supervisor

• Establishment Maintenance and Improvement: Establish maintain and continually improve the commercial quality management system to ensure compliance with applicable NMPA regulations and internal quality requirements.
  Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor quality management system process performance through data collection trending and analysis and support actions to improve system effectiveness.
  Review and Audit Coordination: Coordinate management review activities and support internal and external audits to ensure effective implementation and ongoing compliance of the commercial QMS.
  Improvement and CAPA Support: Lead or support system-level quality improvement initiatives and provide oversight for commercial-related CAPAs to ensure effective investigation root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
  Partner Quality Management: Support channel partner quality management activities including qualification oversight and audit coordination to help ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
  and Cross-Functional Support: Provide quality and regulatory training including topics such as GSP and cold chain management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness and execution.
  Assigned Work: Perform other duties and assignments as agreed with or assigned by the supervisor.
