Commercial Partnership Manager

As Commercial Partnership Manager you will manage AppsFlyers partner growth across Mainland China Hong Kong and Taiwan shaping an ecosystem that sits at the heart of our Asia-Pacific ambitions.
This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership. You will manage relationships from first contact to signed agreements co-build go-to-market plans with key partners and be the person who makes things happen in one of our most important global markets.
What youll do:
Commercial Growth and Revenue
- Drive partner-led revenue by identifying developing and closing high-value commercial partnerships across the GCR mobile ecosystem
- Own partner-driven pipeline including new partner acquisition activation and retention initiatives
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to unlock new revenue streams
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements and partnership contracts
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and market opportunities within GCR
Partnership Development and Ecosystem Expansion
- Build and grow relationships with strategic partners including DSPs media networks agencies OEMs and technology platforms active in China (e.g. ByteDance Tencent Baidu Xiaomi VIVO ecosystem)
- Identify emerging trends distribution channels and niche partnership opportunities specific to the GCR market
- Represent AppsFlyer at industry events conferences and partner summits across the region
- Drive co-marketing initiatives cross-promotions and strategic alliances
Cross-functional Execution and Alignment
- Work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Legal teams to align partnership strategies with broader business priorities
- Lead partner integration discussions and support product adoption across the GCR ecosystem
- Provide ongoing partner enablement training and performance reviews
- Maintain clear and consistent reporting on pipeline partner health and growth metrics
Market Intelligence and Continuous Improvement
- Translate GCR market dynamics partner feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable internal recommendations
- Leverage AI-powered analytics and data-driven insights to prioritize partnership efforts spot emerging opportunities and continuously optimize commercial outcomes across the GCR ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (including PIPL SDK policies App Store guidelines) and maintain strong commercial discipline
Who you are:
- 3 years in partnerships business development or commercial sales within mobile AdTech SaaS or digital advertising
- Proven revenue growth through partnerships and complex deal execution
- Deep knowledge of the Chinese mobile ecosystem - platforms Ad tech players and local business culture
- Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency - both required
- Solid grasp of GCR regulatory requirements: App Store compliance SDK data practices
- Daily AI user - you embed AI into research prioritization and decision-making as a matter of habit not curiosity
- Entrepreneurial self-directed and able to present complex ideas simply to any audience
Preferred Requirements
- Direct experience managing MMP DSP Ad Network or agency partnerships in the GCR market
- Experience with SaaS product partnerships or mobile analytics platforms
- Strong existing network within the GCR mobile advertising or marketing technology ecosystem
- Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
