Commercial Learning BP

Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

1. 培训项目执行与交付

交付实施负责指定模块的培训资料审核与课程交付并确保培训质量与学员满意度

运营管理 统筹培训前的需求调研中期组织管理及后期效果评估收集分析反馈数据为培训优化提供依据

2. BU培训体系搭建及专项内容开发

BU培训体系搭建根据业务需求及组织商业能力的培养目标主导搭建BU培训体系

培训课件优化与制作 基于标准课程结合BU业务的特点及挑战对内容做针对性的编排整理能够结合业务真实场景设计案例及多媒体培训方式

商业能力评估与匹配 根据BU对团队的商业能力要求进行定期的评估及分析识别个人/团队的能力短板提出针对性的建议和培训方案以适配业务发展需求

辅导机制搭建与执行 在BU内推动销售辅导Coaching文化的建立通过辅导技巧的培训工具的准备协助带人经理掌握辅导技巧定期追踪辅导覆盖率与有效性

3. BU培训资源管理及运营

外部资源整合 管理外部培训供应商确保外部采购培训资源的质量符合公司标准并控制预算执行

内部讲师运营 负责内部讲师FST的选拔培养与日常激励组织TTTTrain the Trainer活动提升内部授课能力

任职资格

• 统招本科及以上学历医学药学公共卫生等相关专业优先
• 拥有10年以上医疗行业工作经验非相关专业者需在医疗器械或制药领域拥有5年以上销售或市场工作经验并具备临床销售及服务背景拥有扎实的专业知识和业务技能
• 有过培训及授课或者内部带教经验优先对培训有热情有强烈的使命感和责任心
• 具备优秀的课件制作能力PPT视频剪辑等及数字化学习平台运营经验
• 能够运用数据进行培训效果分析具备较强的逻辑思维能力
• 执行力强能够将战略目标拆解为可执行的行动计划并确保高质量落地
• 沟通协作 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力能与销售一线建立信任关系
• 业务敏感度 对医疗市场变化保持敏感能快速理解业务语言并将其转化为培训内容
