Key responsibilities核心职责

1. 体系搭建与战略规划

• 能力诊断与模型构建深入诊断业务商业销售核心能力差距搭建销售培训及辅导体系
• 工具与方法论设计设计并推广销售及辅导运用工具考评机制及绩效评估体系确保培训成果可量化可落地
• 战略对齐深刻理解临床营销与销售的战略意义推动各商业团队对战略的理解实践与精进

2.课程开发与运营交付

• 定制化课程设计根据业务发展市场推广人才发展及文化建设需求设计专项实践课程或项目
• 高质量交付实施负责课程的运营交付确保培训内容不仅提出关键问题更能提供恰当解答直接赋能业务

3.跨部门协作与资源整合

• 需求洞察与销售市场及管理层保持高效沟通精准识别组织能力短板
• 协同作战联动各协作方共同设计并实施学习解决方案确保商业培训相关举措与业务目标紧密结合

4.项目管理与效能优化

• 统筹多个商业培训项目确保按时按预算高质量交付

Qualifications任职资格

• 统招本科及以上学历医学药学公共卫生等相关专业优先
• 拥有15年以上医疗行业工作经验深耕销售或市场领域非相关专业者需在医疗器械或制药领域拥有10年以上销售或市场工作经验并具备临床销售及服务背景
• 拥有5年以上专职培训经验以及3年以上带人经理经验具备从0到1搭建培训体系的经验能够根据业务痛点设计并交付针对性课程
• 卓越的跨部门沟通能力能倾听业务声音组织多方协作推动学习方案落地
• 善于运用分析报告绩效及行为指标进行培训需求分析制定可落地的改进方案
• 具备医疗行业市场洞见能将学习发展举措转化为直接的业务成果
• 能独立交付通识类课程持有通识课程认证资格
