Job Summary

Description

Key Accountabilities:
1.
Support CooperSurgicals products and solutions through regular clinic visits:
a.
Provide support and training ensuring product adoption is fully implemented in-house as per Instruction for Use and ensuring that clinics consistently partner with CooperSurgical to drive (and demonstrate) best practices for clinical outcomes.
b.
Whilst in-clinic ensure all customer needs are met and work closely with the Marketing team and Sales Managers to provide scientific support for customers.
2.
CoE Shanghai Training Lab
a.
Plan prepare and run training courses in collaboration with the Marketing team and global Medical Affairs team.
b.
Manage the training lab as a whole including but not limited to consumable culture media gases and liquid nitrogen management equipment management and maintenance training materials (gametes and embryos) management lab QC and cleanliness and Standard Operating Procedures and all relevant documentation.
c.
Work with the Marketing team in monitoring and managing training lab running cost.
3.
Others
a.
Support local workshops and training in collaboration with the Marketing team and global Medical Affairs team.
b.
Work with global Medical Affairs team ensuring alignment of activities and sharing of global best practices.




Responsibilities

Cooperation:
Internally: Local Fertility team global regional or local function associated with the Fertility operations also including Key Account Management Product Management Medical Affairs Regulatory Affairs Legal Finance Medical Information and Marketing and Sales Groups
Externally: KOLs IVF laboratory heads physicians embryologists and other clinical teams in the Fertility area from around the world.



Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills as well as the ability to successfully interact with medical professionals at all levels are required

Work is primarily independent in that it is performed without appreciable day-to-day direction; the successful candidate needs to be action oriented and motivated by results

Comfortable with ambiguity.

Able to manage changes.

Exemplifies Interpersonal Savvy and Integrity

Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office products word processing excel etc.)

Ability to speak and read English. Excellent oral and written communications skills

In cooperation with local Fertility team driving successfully all technical support initiatives and build up/maintain CooperSurgical reputation in the assigned region resulting in double digit revenue growth.
Work Environment:

Shanghai China

Travel internally & externally for business
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of working in clinical embryology practice.

Experience in science and research is required.

Professional certification in clinical embryology is preferred.

Recognized research (publications and presentations) in the field of assisted reproduction is preferred.

Hands-on experience and scientific and technical background.

Successful track record of working in a matrix organization of US/Europe company with other functions including global team clinical affairs Marketing R&D manufacturing etc
Education:

Bachelors degree in biology related science is minimal requirement.

PhD or Master in embryology or reproductive sciences is highly preferred. Equivalent professional degrees will be considered.

Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English is a Must.
