CJKI Product Program Manager

What youll do (responsibilities)

• Youll build strong relationships with the CJKI product and engineering teams learning our processes for product planning deliveries and collaboration to bring project initiatives to life. Youll also act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the product team facilitating regular meetings addressing concerns and driving consensus on key project decisions.
• Youll take the lead on several key initiatives ensuring their timely and high-quality delivery. This includes conducting in-depth market research for key initiatives focusing on local payments and subscriptions and working closely with the product research team to identify actionable plans for improving user experiences based on the glow-up audit research results.
• Youll independently manage and execute product-experience projects such as localization and dialog optimization to enhance user satisfaction. Additionally youll develop and implement a systematic approach to project planning and reporting consolidating information from various teams and presenting comprehensive progress reports to stakeholders.
