Job Summary
- Plan and deliver high-quality subject lessons in accordance with the Chinese national curriculum and the schools academic requirements.
- Develop lesson plans learning objectives and assessments based on curriculum standards and students learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback academic support and after-school tutoring.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support students of different abilities and learning levels.
- Maintain a positive orderly and student-centred classroom environment.
- Support students in preparing for the Zhejiang Academic Proficiency Test and the Gaokao where applicable.
- Participate in lesson observations teaching research activities meetings and professional development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students academic progress and development.
- Assist with student management and undertake homeroom teacher duties when required.
- Complete other teaching and school-related duties assigned by the school.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in the relevant subject or a related field.
- Valid senior high school teaching qualification.
- At least 23 years of relevant subject teaching experience.
- Familiarity with the Chinese national curriculum and senior high school assessment requirements.
- Strong subject knowledge classroom-management and communication skills.
- A responsible collaborative and student-focused approach.

Education Background Masters degree or above from: Top 100 global universities (QS/THE/ARWU) Chinas Double First-Class universities MOE-affiliated key pedagogical institutions 世界前100海外院校双一流高校及部属重点师范类院校硕士及以上学历 Mandatory: Valid teaching certification 须具备教师资格证 Experience 3 years teaching IGCSE/A-Level/DSE curricula with proven student outcomes. 3年及以上IGCSE&A-LEVEL/DSE相关学科授课经验过往学生成绩优异 Language Proficiency Bilingual teachers: IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 100. 双语学科教师要求雅思7分托福100分以上 Competencies Advanced pedagogical philosophy self-directed learning ability and strong sense of responsibility. 拥有先进教育教学理念具备持续学习能力与高度责任心
